A good automation tool is such a big deal for small businesses and bloggers. We want to be able to automate as much as possible so that we can focus on other things, like being engaged with our audiences.

I am always looking for a more simple way to do things and get more off my plate. I am a mom of three, one is four months. I have clients, a Facebook group that I am VERY active in, and other activities that require my time and attention.

Being consistently on my phone and engaged with social media is just not possible for me.

My #1 Automation Tool! A tutorial and brief overview of my favorite automation tool! Perfect for Canva lovers!

Having the ability to automate some things is important for bloggers and business owners.

I have used quite a few automation tools. Some I liked more than others. I currently use BoardBooster for Pinterest, and IFTT for Instagram.

Facebook and Twitter are where I focus most of my attention. I put a bit a more effort into what I post there. My primary Facebook focus is within my Facebook group versus my actual business page. It is one of my goals to get better about that next year.

So what other tool do I use for automation?

Cinchshare is an automation tool that allows you to create, organize and schedule your posts in one place. Wait, create? Yes. Create.

One of my all-time favorite tools is Canva. I literally use it for everything thing I create.

The unique thing about Cinchshare is that Canva is integrated within the Cinchshare dashboard! Need to see it in action? Watch the video below.

You are able to use Cinchshare for Twitter, Pinterest, and Facebook. It is great to use for batching content as well. Batching has been a new thing for me. As a mom, my time is extremely limited. Using one day every other week to batch content has really helped free up some time for my business and my community.

You can watch this brief tutorial on how I use Cinchshare to batch my Twitter posts.

To make your batch days easier, I have created this batch day schedule that will help you power through blogging, social media, and email marketing on your batch days.

I need to check this out. I usually do all my stuff manually and it’s getting old. I need to get my stuff automated.

I started doing my Pinterest manually but then started using tailwind. I heard boardboostee was way more better.

As a new blogger, this is all very new to me and I hadn’t even thought about using tools like these. However, working full time as a teacher, I’m left with very little time to work on my blog so these tools would be really helpful for me! Thanks for sharing.
