In the last episode of CEOMom Talk, we talked about preventing the overwhelm in our business and in our lives.
One of the things that help with doing that, is creating bite-sized goals to help make those larger goals easier to reach.
In today’s show, I share with you why you should be setting bite-sized goals for your business.
When setting business goals, or life goals, it is key to remember that you can’t do it all. One of the things that caused my business setback was trying to have a hand in way too many things.
We are all in different seasons of life and seasons of business and we have to also acknowledge that when creating our goals.
As much as I would love to handle all aspects of my business, I have learned that outsourcing opens doors for me to focus on my mission and not lose the integrity of my work.
I share more on all of these things in today’s podcast.
