Baby Spit-Ups & the Search for Quality Bibs

This is a sponsored post by U.S. Bibly. I received a free product in exchange for my honest opinion. See my full disclosure here.

baby spit-ups & bibs

Ayden is a truly a spitter. Not on purpose. He has slight reflux so after a feeding, he almost immediately spits up. We have bibs and burp cloths all over the house ready at all times!

When looking for bibs, I need something of good quality and with good absorbency. A bib can save the day by providing an extra layer of protection. I hate it when the bib is super wet after just a few minutes of use. I already have a pile of laundry to do, I don’t want to also go through ten bibs a day.

Features to look for:

  • Washability. Good bibs will last a long time and get washed again and again. Cloth should be machine-washable— no dry cleaning!
  • Materials. Cloth bibs should be comfortable and absorbent.
  • Easy to secure. Bibs should secure behind the child’s neck with snaps, ties, or hook-and-loop fasteners. Any of these are fine choices; just make sure they stay secured when they need to and remove easily when you’re done.

U.S. Bilby has proven to be those bibs. They come in a 4-pack with two options of design: boy or girl. Their bibs are also made out of organic cotton on the front and polyester on the back. The bibs have a good amount of thickness and are extremely soft. There are two snaps in the back perfect for any size child.

When I first received them, I threw them in to be washed. No tears or anything. Great quality and that’s what I love most about these bibs.

I was also in love with the designs! My favorite being the foxes.

Ayden & I did a video review as well! And of course, he spits up during it.
